Residential Rural Lifestyle Block Design
The Mataia Homestead is an historic building located on a large farm. In 2003 when work first began on the upgrade of the homestead gardens the garden was predominantly a blank palette...The transformation of the garden began in 2004 with the preparation of a Concept Plan for the land surrounding the homestead...In 2011 additional Concept Plans were prepared to include new structures, pathways, seating areas and a children’s play area. The Mataia Homestead is now a destination for many garden groups and garden enthusiasts.
Play Space Design
We recently completed the upgrade of the outdoor environment at Kaukapakapa Playcentre, this involved consultation with the parents and children at Playcentre to determine their wish list. From there a Concept Plan was prepared and this was then approved and implemented in stages. These stages were project managed by Geraldine Bayly.
